PRIVACY

What you share.
How it’s used.

This notice explains how Campaign Enterprise handles information submitted through this website.

Partnership applications

The application collects your name, email address, social profile link, niche, approximate audience size and description of your expertise or ideas. It also records your contact permission, a submission reference, the time received and its review and notification status.

We use these details to assess a potential partnership, review your public content and contact you about your application. Submitting does not enrol you in a newsletter or commit you to a partnership.

Questions and privacy requests

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message and permission to respond, along with a reference, the time received and its review and notification status. We use this information to address your enquiry.

Storage and access

Applications and messages are stored in the website’s database on Cloudflare infrastructure. The site owner can access records through protected management tools. Your submissions are not published on this website.

We also send submission details to the Campaign Enterprise notification inbox through Resend so the site owner can review and respond. Email and hosting providers process this information to provide their services.

Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.

Anonymous form measurement

We count application page views and form starts as daily totals. This measurement uses no cookies or visitor identifiers and does not include names, email addresses, profile links, form answers or browsing history. We respect a browser’s Do Not Track setting for these events. Completed applications are counted from the saved application records.

These totals help us understand whether the application is useful and easy to complete. They are approximate activity counts, not a count of unique people.

Share only what’s needed

Please leave out passwords, payment details, private information about your followers and sensitive personal information. A public profile link and a short introduction are enough for an application.

Correcting or removing your details

You can send a privacy request through the contact form at any time, including before we have contacted you. Include your submission reference if you have it. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before changing or removing it.

If we have already emailed you, you can reply to correct your details or let us know you no longer want to be contacted.
